Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. II (Do Not Participate in Breaking Apart the Body of Christ)

Morning Bible Study ~
Be aware of how the adversary attempts to utilize things to create separation, and to break into further sets and groups the Body; who Christ called into one. Let's examine ourselves and ensure we haven't exchanged the heart of God for the rules of God; because it for them it seemed to be a means of control, exacting some kind of power over someone else based on outward physical demonstrations. God looks at the heart, desiring a heart that loves Him; and because of that love, we obey His commandments. Which, can't help but be outwardly observed by others. 

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. III (What is Our Heart Towards the Lord?)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Lord said they will know who's you are right by your love for one another. Not by your rank and position and authority over others. He that desires to be great must be a servant to all. If we truly make the claim that we are Christians, disciples of Christ, followers of Jesus, that we believe in Him; should we also not see the physical manifestation in our lives? Which would denote there is a difference in how we carry and conduct ourselves according to the standard and patterns set forth in Jesus.

Morning Bible Study ~
Let's get to the full understanding of the knowledge of God's love, what it means and what it looks like; no doubt we will treat our fellow man, our neighbor as ourself. Because when we recognize that's a person that I'm not just treating, or talking to, or helping, or blessing that person; I'm literally given the opportunity to minister to and be a blessing to Christ. Then we'll have consistency in our lives across the board with every person we interact with. 

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. V (The Laws of God bring Liberty to Us)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Law in was always meant to point us to Jesus Christ, show us the consequences of the penalty of sin, and help us and make us realize that we cannot possibly be our own savior. We needed the Messiah to come in human form and take that burden for us. The cost is for sin is that it does produce death, and it causes eternal separation from God. The penalty of sin is way greater than what we can compare to in natural terms. When we are obedient keep God's commandments, there is liberty in that because we are not made a slave to sin. So that's how the law brings liberty, the law of God, not necessarily the Law of Moses, but the laws of God do bring liberty to us as humans, because the penalty of sin is great. When you keep His commandments, that you are made free in that regard, because you're not entangling your own self into bondage. Now, the absolute freedom comes from the blood of Jesus Christ and accepting Him as your Lord and Savior and having his blood applied to your sins. 

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. VI (The Message of Christ is for Everyone)

Morning Bible Study ~
Nowhere in Scripture is our role to complicate matters, and try to put qualifications on other people. We're supposed to be the ones making it easier for them to follow God; because it's already hard enough with the adversary and we don't need to help him out in that area at all. What we're supposed to be doing is bringing them to the Lord, leading them to His grace and His love and His mercy, because the Lord's the only one that can fix whatever's broken.

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. VII (Fulfilling Your Purpose, even when Trials Arise)

Morning Bible Study ~
Each person should be submitted to the Lord, and wanting or desiring to carry out the Lord's Will; and encouraging others to do the same thing. The Word of God is the ultimate looking glass. It is the best reflection and measuring stick of who we are and where we are. So look into it often, and see yourself and how the Word has a real life application to help you today.

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. VIII (The Law of Love, Faith, and Your Destiny)

Morning Bible Study ~
Your destiny is not guaranteed. Yes, your destiny was given to you by the Lord. And, you reach it by your love for the Lord, demonstrated by your obedience to Him, which is your faith in action; doing what He says to do, when He says to do it, how He says to do it.  

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. IX (The Unity of Faith and Love is Essential to the Body of Christ)

Morning Bible Study ~
When a situation that could create dissension or offense arises; let's bring it to Holy Spirit and get His judgment on the matter, in order to keep the unity of faith. When we bring it to Holy Spirit, He answers. He judges the matter and He says how He feels about it. Everybody can then come into alignment, and go forth in faith and unity with Holy Spirit.

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. X (The Ministry of Reconciliation Stems from Love)

Morning Bible Study ~God reconciled the world to Himself; and in His infinite wisdom, gave us the ministry of reconciliation. We then, are required to give grace when someone does something against us, and restore them in the love of God; as it is the goodness of God that draws all men to repentance.

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. XI (What are Our Actions Teaching Others)

Morning Bible Study ~
Teaching is not only done through the lessons and objectives we verbally declare to others; teaching is also declared through our actions. Our actions either reenforces what verbal instructions and lessons were declared; or the actions shout in opposition. In Antioch the teaching and preaching the word of the Lord with many others was prevalent. So were the disagreements between the brethren of the Faith. So now a situation exists where all these people that are now witnessing this disagreement; and what is what are they being taught as a result? And is it consistent with the teaching in the pattern example set forth in Christ? Or, is it screaming opposition?

Acts | Chapter 15 Pt. XII (Have You Truly Aligned Yourself with the Lord?)

Morning Bible Study ~
There's always an opportunity for us to stick to God's Will above our own will; and above the suggestions are good ideas of other people. Because you stand before Him, you're going to answer to what He told you to do, not what anybody told you to do; no matter how important in the the natural realm they may be. Your obligation, my obligation, every believers obligation is to follow the will of God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit.

Faith working through love; that's what the Lord is looking for. Because, in this, your obedience to what He's told you to do demonstrates your heart towards the Lord. Whether, it is truly for Him; or in opposition to Him.

Follow the Lord's plan. Because He knows all the minutiae, and reasons for why we need to do things a certain way. His plan, proceeds from His Word; and His Word never fails. 

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. III (Trusting the Lord and His Ways)

Morning Bible Study ~
God has a perfect plan and when we just walk with Him, we trust that He is faithful to His promises; and, He will keep His Word. Holy Spirit ministers to us as He wills, and we have the inward witness of the Holy Spirit that we're to rely upon. Not what our eye see, not because something looks wrong or  may even looks like it's supposed to be, not what our senses perceive; but only what the Spirit of God confirms.

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. IV (Remaining in the Lord’s Presence)

Morning Bible Study ~
Our Lord and Savior didn't condemn us or didn't disqualify us when from being a part of His Body when we missed the mark. He encourages, us exhorts us, admonishes us, and even at times rebukes those that needed it; all with one goal in mind and in one way, demonstrating His love towards us and then the love of our Heavenly Father. By pointing us to Himself. So, we in turn should do the same thing. Now, remain in His presence and you will not miss the mark; because, you will be focused on Him, and not your own desires. 

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. V (Rightly Applying the Word of Truth)

Morning Bible Study ~
Jesus always corrects and is the correct application of the Word of God. That's always what He does. In Jesus' early ministry He relied on the Holy Spirit to bring the appropriate Word hat was written on the tablet of His heart, up to deal with that situation; because it was the right Word to apply there, in the right way. So as you look through the Scriptures, look with the eyes of Truth that comes from Holy Spirit; Who guides us into all Truth.

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. VI (Who or What is Your Friend?)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Lord truly means what He says; and when He sews the Word, He sews it with the intention of getting a harvest. The Lord also extends His grace, His mercy; and with it evil and lies are exposed. He has already brought freedom and deliverance from sin, sickness, oppression, and [demonic] possession. The person has to want it; they must have the desire to be free from bondage in all its forms, not remain friends with it. 

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. VII (Moving in Opportunities Given by the Lord)

Morning Bible Study ~
Christ loves those that some consider "unlovable," and will sit in front of anyone. He is ready, willing and able, and present; to accept and receive you. To help you with whatever's going on and anything that's been bothering you. So take it to Him. Don't wait.

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt.VIII (Keeping Your Confidence in the Lord)

Morning Bible Study ~
As we consider some of the "heroes" of the Faith, in those that have gone before us, these people kept the faith that was a testimony they had before the Lord; or, from the Lord about them. Also, as we look back and we study out their lives we'll discover they kept the Faith, their confidence, their trust, their love for the Lord, in Him; as an example for us, even today.

Acts | Chapter 16 Pt. IX (Aligning with the Lord’s Perfect Plan)

Morning Bible Study ~
Be willing, and desire, to just come into alignment and have The Lord's Perfect Plan for our life. Because His Perfect Plan is His best for us; and it includes our neighbors, those that He puts in front of us, being treated or cared for as ourselves. 

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. I (What Is at Your Core?)

Morning Bible Study ~
Rush to Jesus, and make sure that you're operating by His Spirit. Because, the Father gave us the ministry of reconciliation; He asked us to be gracious and merciful. Then He's going to guide us in that way, and he'll make sure that we're tracking with him versus being carried away by something else.

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. II (We are God’s Garden)

Morning Bible Study ~
It's important for us to to know we are God's garden. And He intends for us to be good ground in every aspect and capacity of life; pursuing Him in a way that we are watchful we're not letting the adversary blind us because of our own emotions, or our own thoughts about something, or for any other reason.

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. III (The Obligation for the Love Commandment)

Morning Bible Study ~
Paul, Silas, and Timothy are functioning in the the "New" Commandment of Christ; to Love one another as I have loved you. That's what He meant from the beginning. Let's examine ourselves in this, and not so much the opposition that they are receiving; or that we experience. Are we fulfilling the love commandment? That should be an expectation we function in for our own life and walk before our Lord and Savior.

Morning Bible Study ~
When the Lord corrects us, it's not for any other purpose than our own benefit. If we, instead of actually reflecting on the word and looking at myself in light of the word in the scriptures and letting the Lord reveal those things that we need to deal with in our lives; it gets to a point where now we're judging others, instead of expressing or demonstrating self control and a willingness to just do the Lord's Will. 

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. V (Is Your Obedience Full?)

Morning Bible Study ~
When we talk about the Word of God, It's not just recounting stories, it's not just observing what other people do; it is holding the mirror in front of our face so we can examine ourselves and structure our lives for our lives to get our lives going in the direction that the Lord wants it to go. So when we see our Heavenly Father, we can receive that well done, my good and faithful servant.

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. VI (Getting Wisdom and Understanding)

Morning Bible Study ~
After you take the time and you search out to ensure, of course the Holy Spirit confirming that it's accurate, that is accurate revelation of the interpretation of Scripture; now it's yours. And no one can take it from you; even if someone comes with a false gospel, or a different message. Now the Word is in your heart written on the tablet of your heart, and the Holy Spirit can bring it to your remembrance, no one can take that from you.

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. VII (What are You Practicing?)

Morning Bible Study ~
The things we practice, or make a habit of, are the things that become our go to when it's time to function. Jesus addressed this during His earthly ministry, mentioning those who practiced lawlessness. So, examine yourself before the Lord; to see if you have set up a structure or pattern in your life that helps reinforce your choice to live holy before the Lord; by practicing righteousness and doing justice. 

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. VIII (Being Instant in Season and Out of Season)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Apostle Paul demonstrates to us how to redeem the time; ensuring not one second goes to waste, but all is used for the Kingdom of Heaven. Even after escaping from the latest bout of persecution, while awaiting for his brothers in Christ to join him, Paul engages the culture in every area of their daily life and at every societal level; teaching and preaching to them about Jesus the Christ.  

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. IX (The Lord’s Harvest)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Lord's Harvest is ready! We, the laborers, have much work to do  for the Lord, bringing in His Harvest. The Lord will strengthen us to fulfill all He has called us to do; so He will be glorified. 

Acts | Chapter 17 Pt. X (The Lord’s Mercy)

Morning Bible Study ~
Grace is receiving the things we do not deserve and can never earn. Mercy is not receiving exactly what we deserve; which is the consequences of our actions, attitudes, and behaviors. This is what the Lord Jesus Christ demonstrated toward us. Let's be found by the Lord to be doing what Jesus instructed  and demonstrated to all, especially His Disciples; by doing good to those that hate you, blessing those who curse you, and praying for those that mistreat you.

Acts | Chapter 18 Pt. I (Being Led in the Perfect Will of God)

Morning Bible Study ~
One of the roles of Holy Spirit is to make sure that we are walking in Will of God; especially when we've purposed in our heart to do so. Holy Spirit wasn't forcing Paul to go and preach in the synagogue. He was giving Paul the option of operating in line with the Will of God, by going to preach in the synagogue; in order to present others with the option to receive Christ and mature in faith. 

Acts | Chapter 18 Pt. II (Persisting in Doing the Lord’s Will)

Morning Bible Study ~
What does our Lord and Savior say if we cease focusing on Him and living our life to do His Will; and instead transition to being that of what's trendy, and pleasing, and in a crowd, and become men pleasers? That's all a loss; because, when we come before the judgment seat, and the Lord examines our works; the works that are done out of the flesh will not remain there'll be burned up by fire. But, the works that are done according to the Spirit of the Living God, those will remain; and for those we will be rewarded. 

Acts | Chapter 18 Pt. III (Being Sensitive to the Moving of Holy Spirit)

Morning Bible Study ~
Requires us to be constantly continually listening to him through Holy Spirit, being led, guided by Him in what to say and what to do, how to say it, and when to do it. As we've been studying Acts, we see Paul, brings everything to Lord in prayer. And, we also see the consistency with our Lord and Savior. We need to be like become like Him, conformed to the image of Jesus to Christ; with the same consistency and faithfulness of just being focused on just doing His Will. The Father's Will in everything, as Holy Spirit leads us; putting it above our own.

Acts | Chapter 18 Pt. IV (The Seeds Being Sown)

Morning Bible Study ~
When the Lord taps us on the shoulder and trying to impart change and grow through our life.  And if we refuse, we're allowing that seed of the Word to be stolen; and that light that he's bringing to be stifled in our own life. If I need to correct something, He's telling me for my own benefit. And likewise in our lives, He's telling us because it helps our life now; and because he knows we specifically need it.

Acts | Chapter 18 Pt.V (When We put Christ at the Helm)

We must live in the Love of God, fulfilling the Love Commandment; not judging others. Because, judging by natural / fleshly / carnal ways is always a means to disqualify another. The Lord qualifies whom the Lord Qualifies; and He, the Righteous Judge, knows the thoughts and intentions of each one's heart.  

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. I (Being Like Our Heavenly Father)

Morning Bible Study ~
Jesus stated he didn't say anything except what the Heavenly Father said; or do anything unless the Heavenly Father did it. Nothing of His own initiative. Let's get to that same place in our spiritual life and walk; so our Heavenly Father will be glorified in us. 

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. II (God’s doing His Part; Let’s Continue to Fulfill Our Role)

Morning Bible Study ~
The first church faced incredible opposition, obstacles, and persecution; at an even greater level than some have yet faced. Even in all of this, God is pouring out Holy Spirit on all flesh; just as He promised. Let's fulfill the role and purpose He's given you, in the destiny track He designed for your life and calling.

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. III (The Name of Jesus Does the Works)

It is to the Name of Jesus, that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He is Lord. Jesus is the One that defeated sin and death. Jesus is the One that gave those in relationship with Him, power and authority to do many miracles in His Name.

Our true Identity and lineage can only come from Christ, when we choose to enter into Covenant relationship with Him; He is our God, and we are His people. He is the mold which we were made from. Enter into true covenant relationship with Him; becoming a new creation and having an identity that comes from the Lord today.

Because of the Heavenly Father's Love, He poured out His Grace; which we receive through the measure of Faith that our Heavenly Father also gave us in advance. Just so we could receive His Gift(s). 

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. VI (The Inward Peace of God Guides Us in His Will)

Morning Bible Study ~
Everything that we need is included in Jesus. As long as your heart is pure towards Him and you love God, not inserting anything else in His rightful place, then the Lord is truly is your God; you have nothing to be concerned about. Remain focused on Him and His Righteousness; He will provide all your needs. 

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. VII (Aligning the Desires of Our Heart with the Lord’s Will)

When we agree to do the Will of our Heavenly Father, as though it were our own will and that is our focus; he Lord will give that put desires in our heart, so we have no doubt that the Lord said here's My plan for you.

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. VIII (Submitting to the Lord’s Authority, Depending on His Grace)

We need to examine where we are in our walk with the Lord; so we can come away from those things that don't reflect God's Nature, Character, and Attributes and align ourselves to God or fine tune our alignment with Him.

Acts | Chapter 19 Pt. IX (Running the Race Set before Us)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Lord sent Paul other laborers in the ministry to help build up and encourage all those  Paul was discipling and building up; so that even when he was done, and completed the work, and had run the race and finished in excellent the Lord gave him to do, they could carry on and continue the work as the Lord was leading them. Just as they had been taught; and just as Christ taught his disciples. This is no different today. We must run the race the Lord has for us; which includes discipling future generations to follow the Lord and complete the work the Lord has destined for them in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Acts | Chapter 20 Pt. I (Cultivating and Demonstrating Maturity)

Morning Bible Study ~
Even the most mature person on the face of the planet, has to be cultivated. You have to allow the Lord to train you. Even Jesus, yes He was God Almighty, God in the flesh; still learned obedience through His suffering. He learned to trust God; the maturity in Him still had to be cultivated because if it weren't, He would have fallen. Let's allow the Lord to cultivate us completely.

Acts | Chapter 20 Pt. II (Operating in Victory)

Morning Bible Study ~
The victory has already been won for us by Christ Jesus. But it doesn't mean that we just lay down and go to sleep; and, it doesn't mean that we forfeit by quitting either. We are called to enforce His Victory. So, if we want to operate in victory, then we have to do it His Way.

Acts | Chapter 20 Pt. III (Relying on God’s Perfect Will)

Morning Bible Study ~
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the fullness the Godhead, never is duped; never misunderstands, never misses a beat, is never late, never fails, and is the only source of Truth. Everything including what to say, what to do, how to say it, when to say it, and how do it in perfection; is contained within His Perfect Will.

Acts | Chapter 20 Pt. IV (Desiring to Remain in the Lord’s Presence)

Morning Bible Study ~
There is such a thing as wanting to be the presence of the Lord so much that you're willing to stay there to the absolute last moment that you can; versus going let me prepare a place for myself. All these great moves of God, or revivals, broke out in various places when everybody wanted to remain in the Lord's Presence; each person for themself desired to be in His presence above everything else. 

Acts | Chapter 20 Pt.V (God Loves Everyone Equally)

Morning Bible Study ~
The Lord loves everyone equally; and He's demonstrating that love by doing also the impossible, raising them from the dead. He's ready, willing and able to do what's needed to show Himself strong even to the point of raising us up from the dead.
