Hebrews | Chapter 9:16-22 Pt. II (The Safety Found in the Blood of Jesus the Christ)

Episode 702 ~ When you appropriate the Blood of Christ, you are Divinely protected (the enemy can not touch you). Outside of His Blood, people are fair game to the enemy. You have to enter in; and remain under the Blood of Christ. 

Hebrews | Chapter 9:16-22 Pt. III (The Lord’s Best comes through Sanctification to Him)

Episode 703 ~ The Lord always desires to give us His best; in every area, and in every aspect of our life. Our part, or role then, is to position ourselves to receive His best in our life. This positioning can only happen when we fully trust (have faith) in Him; and are following His ways and His thoughts on the destiny track He has for our life. His [the Lord's] way is the best way!

Hebrews | Chapter 9:23-28 Pt. I (Obedience to the Lord is the Highest Form of Worship)

Episode 704 ~ We ae called to live lives of obedience to the Lord. Just like our patterns and example, Jesus the Messiah (Christ) lived out His time on Earth before His Heavenly Father. Obedience to the Lord is our reasonable service of Worship to Him; as He is our God, and we are His people.

Hebrews | Chapter 9:23-28 Pt. II (Separating Yourself Unto the Lord)

Episode 705 ~ When Jesus came, He made a spiritual separation for all to either receive (accept and apply) or resist (refuse or deny). When we return to the Heavenly Community, the final separation of those that are the Lord's will be complete. How you choose to live out your life here on the Earth will demonstrate what your choice is; and, will determine where you spend your eternity. 

Hebrews | Chapter 9:23-28 Pt. III (Getting Our Perspective In-line with the Lord’s)

Episode 706 ~ We, on the Earth, have limited perspective and understanding concerning spiritual and natural events; and, how they fit into the Lord's plan. We must seek the Lord, so He can reveal His perspective and plan to us; so we can then come into Divine Alignment with what the Lord is doing.  

Hebrews | Chapter 9:23-28 Pt. IV (Realizing what Jesus the Christ did is enough)

Episode 707 ~ Jesus the Messiah (Christ) died, once and for all, for your sins. He does not need to be sacrificed over and over again; because the shedding of His Blood is enough to, not only cover but, remove your sins for eternity. You must bring them to Him; bringing them under His Blood. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:1-10 Pt. I (Your Spirit Coming Alive; Desiring the Things of God)

Episode 708 ~ Jesus' desire was to do the Will of His Heavenly Father. Likewise, our spirit must come alive, to desire to fulfill Heavenly Fathers Will above all else. Demonstrating our Love for Him through our obedience to Him and the destiny track He has for your life. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:1-10 Pt. II (Let Us Draw Near to the Lord and Remain in Him)

Episode 709 ~ The Lord always desired for His people to be set apart to Him; obedient to His will. His will produced good fruit in our lives, but requires obedience; apart from Him there is no good thing. We must choose to draw near to the Lord; and remain in Him all our days. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:1-10 Pt. III (I Have ComeTo Do Your Will O God)

Episode 710 ~ Continuing to discuss obedience to our Heavenly Father, Jesus heart demonstrated the pattern and example we should have - To do the Father's Will above anything, and everything, else. Our desire, or driving force, should be to have the Father's Will become ours.

Hebrews | Chapter 10:11-25 Pt. I (The Finality of Forgiveness and Being Perfected)

Episode 711 ~ The Blood of Jesus, shed once for all, completely washes away our sin. If we will bring ourself and all the sin and shame to Him, placing it all under the Blood of Jesus, we (our spirit, soul, and body) will be purified; and He will not remember it (the sin that satan intends to shame us with )anymore...for eternity.

Hebrews | Chapter 10:11-25 Pt. II (Allowing the Lord’s Word and His Blood to be Your Confidence)

Episode 712 ~ The Lord holds His Word above His Name; and, it is to His Name that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord. It is His Blood that was shed for our redemption from the law of sin and death. Why would you place your confidence in anything except the Almighty, Wonder Working Power of Jesus' Word and His Blood?

Hebrews | Chapter 10:11-25 Pt. III (The Lord has a Plan for the Desires of Your Heart)

Episode 713 ~ Every single person that has ever been, or will be on this earth, has things they desire. The Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, knows you and the things you desire; better than you know what it truly is that you desire. The Lord has placed desires in your heart; and has a destiny track to provide those things at the appropriate time. When the Lord provides the blessings in His plan or destiny track for your life, He adds no sorrow. It is perfect; or suitable for its purpose. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:11-25 Pt. IV (The Lord Determines when His Word is Fulfilled)

Episode 714 ~ When the Word of the Lord goes forth, it never returns void; it always accomplishes His plans and purpose. The Lord knows what that is and how it looks to Him; not what we thing it should look like or how we think His Word should be accomplished. He knows and we can be assured that it takes care of the current situation; while also being fulfilled when the Lord says so. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:26-39 Pt. I (The Truth about Living by Faith)

Episode 715 ~ The Lord's Word is both written and spoken. He is still speaking today; confirming His written Word, while also providing specific instruction through Holy Spirit. You must choose to be obedient to His Commandments; both, written and spoken to you. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:26-39 Pt. II (The Lord Jesus is the Righteous Judge)

Episode 716 ~ The Lord understands the weight and gravity of each particular crime or sin. Which also encompasses how we treat the Lord and the sacrifice that He made; how we honor Him or dishonor Him. God counts that; unless we repent  of that sin and bring it under His Precious Blood. 

Hebrews | Chapter 10:26-39 Pt. III (The Lord Jesus is the Righteous Judge Pt. II)

Episode 717 ~ It's important that we acknowledge Jesus' effort; making sure that we had a chance to live a good life - An abundant life where nothing 's broken and nothing's missing. Living how God intended for us to live; before sin entered into the scene. It's important that we acknowledge Him, and respect Him, and demonstrate our appreciation for what He did for us.

Hebrews | Chapter 10:26-39 Pt. IV (The Lord Jesus is the Righteous Judge Pt. III)

Episode 718 ~ Our actions, when they're not in line with the Lord, is of no difference than Judas's actions in betraying our Lord and Savior. So when we don't receive, or we reject, the Word of the Lord by acting in a way that is opposed to His Nature Character, and Attributes;  it is no different than the bad shepherds trampling under foot all that was given for the sheep in Ezekiel 34.  Their actions are considered abusive, violating, and a mistreatment of the people. But, the Lord clearly viewed it as abuse, violaiting, and mistreatment of Him.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:1-7 Pt. I (Faith: What it is, and How to Demonstrate it)

Episode 719 ~ This is the beginning of what is typically referenced as the the great Heroes of Faith chapter. Those that have gone before us, living a life of faith that we can learn from, glean from, and apply the good things that they learned from the Lord in their time; to our lives today. Since Faith is the standard the Lord is looking for in our lives, let's understand what unshakeable Faith is; and how to live by it.  

Hebrews | Chapter 11:1-7 Pt. II (Living by Faith in Jesus Christ)

Episode 720 ~ There is a difference in continuing in faith; versus having one time victory of faith, and then the rest of your life there's no more faith ever used again. The Lord through the Apostle Paul is telling them not to cast away their confidence; because we're the ones who finish the process. We keep the faith and we continue to believe God all the way to the very end. Until we see the redemption, or experience either natural death, or Christ returns.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:8-16 Pt. I (Faith Carries Out the Covenant)

Episode 721 ~ From Genesis, all the way through Revelation, the plumb line is the Lord's Will, His plans, His purpose; It's his covenant. And it is stated plainly, "I will be your God, and you will be my people." We too can enter into this Covenant, as a result of The Lord's grace; that we access through faith, just like these examples throughout the generations before us. Because these heroes of faith, put their faith in the Lord; the Lord's testimony is: that God's not ashamed to be called their God.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:8-16 Pt. II (Building up of the Faith; adding Faith throughout the Generations)

Episodes 722 ~ There's an inter-generational building upon, of the Faith; and, how will we be viewed, individually, in the labor that we have done during our time here on the earth? Have we built upon the faith? Or, when the work is tested, does it need to be removed and completely ripped out; in order to bring about restoration from the good and perfect work that the Lord did through previous generations? And, that's something we all need to be aware of; and, examine ourselves concerning. The only way we can do anything that is pleasing to the Lord, is in Faith.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:8-16 Pt. III (Being Okay, Even If You’re the Only Person Following God)

Episode 723 ~ The Lord Jesus, was okay with being the only one that walked in such closeness with the Father; and such communion (fellowship) that the Lord could use Him for anything. In like manner, every individual listed in this Heroes of Faith Chapter did not only look out for themselves; they also taught and encouraged others to enter into the same type of relationship they had with the Father. Even though, they were not swayed in their Faith, even If they were the only one in the entire Earth; that was following the Lord. Their faith was independent of anyone or anything else. 

Hebrews | Chapter 11:8-16 Pt. IV (The Assurance of Investing Your Faith in the Lord)

Episode 724 ~ The Lord's Word had to be Abraham's foundation for his faith; faith, being the currency of the kingdom. Placing our faith, or trust is an investment. So are we investing our faith where it belongs, which is with the Lord; or in something or someone else's word, actions, or deeds. Where have you invested your faith, your trust? Where have you placed it? The only way you'll reap that good reward is by placing your faith where it's safe; and that is the firm foundation, which is the Lord and His Word.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:17-22 Pt. I (Multi-Generational Faith in the Lord)

Episode 725 ~ The Lord is looking for our faith. He's looking and asking you if you willjust trust Me on this; knowing I mean it for your good. And not just you personally, but for the good of the generations that will come after you; and all the people throughout each generation that comes after.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:17-22 Pt. II (Investing in the Blessing of the Lord)

Episode 726 ~ Between Jacob and Esau; Esau despised the blessing and traded it without seeking the Lord; and without a second thought. He gave it away willingly, but then didn't want to receive the outcome of those actions or that choice, that decision. Let us examine ourselves and ask the Lord if there something in my life concerning the word of the Lord and the blessings He has for me and my family, and for the generations; that I haven't fully invested my faith into it?

Hebrews | Chapter 11:23-29 Pt. I (The Intentionality of God)

Episode 728 ~ We are made in the Lord's image and His likeness; our world is, was, and is framed by the Word of God. He's already written it down in books, but how we frame it is based on what we say. God can have written all this majestic and wonderful divine plan for you, but if you won't get your mouth in alignment with him, you won't see that. Because, it does require discipline. It does require respect for the things of God; and intentionality with how you use your faith, how you release your faith, and how you walk and cooperate with the example that God has left for us.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:23-29 Pt. II (Cooperating with God & the Plan He incorporated Us into)

Episode 729 ~ The Lord desires that we acknowledge them. We can go much further when we're actively aware of His presence; and cooperating with Him. Yes, intentionally walking with the Lord works so much better; just like the Lord is intentional. This way the only way that we will have His plan revealed to us; or be able to understand and see it, Is if we are walking with the Lord. Allowing the Lord to minister those things to us; as we walk in step with HIm.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:30-40 Pt. I (Perservering in Faith Until the End)

Episode 730 ~ In discussing the "Heroes of Faith," the Lord through the Apostle Paul writes about people that did amazing exploits for the Lord; because their faith in the Lord their God was unshakable. they had to decide to persevere beyond. Even the Apostle Paul, himself, had to look beyond the discomforts for the moment. And, some of them had real discomforts to push through; when somebody's beating you, you find yourself shipwrecked, or left for dead. All those kind of things requires some perseverance and a determination not to grow weary of doing well; and not to be embittered. 

Hebrews | Chapter 11:30-40 Pt. II (Submitting our will; to Exclusively do Heavenly Father’s Will)

Episode 731 ~ While examining all these "Heroes of Faith" we should see how the Lord moved in and through each of them; and, the relationship they maintained with the Lord. Guess what; we too can have or receive the same type of relationship and testimony concerning us from the Lord Himself. You must examine ourself and determine if you truly want to? Are you willing to surrender your will; and exclusively do the will of our Heavenly Father? Just like our pattern example, Jesus the Christ.

Hebrews | Chapter 11:30-40 Pt. III (Seeing Beyond the Situation You’re Facing)

Episode 732 ~ Each of these "Heroes of Faith" had to look beyond, or choose to put their hope, and their faith, and their trust in God being their answer; rather than the limitation of what ithe situation or circumstance seemed like, when it (the situation) was being presented to them. You must learn from this; and choose to do the same in the situations you face in your life. 

Hebrews | Chapter 12:1-11 Pt. I (The Joy of the Lord’s Refining)

Episode 733 ~ The "Heroes of Faith" allowed Lord to refine them; the Lord's way, so they could serve the Lord as He had already purposed or predestined. This was especially true in the life of Moses; dn the Lords desire was to do the same thing in the hearts, minds, and bodies of the Children of Israel. Refine them to be conformed to the image of Heavenly Father's Son, Jesus the Christ. You are called by the Lord for the same thing; that Christ be formed in you - the Hope of Glory. Will you allow the Lord to refine you?

Hebrews | Chapter 12:1-11 Pt. II (The Lord’s Path is Uncomfortable to Our Flesh)

Episode 734 ~ A lifestyle of discipline means you keep yourself from engaging in certain activities that are harmful for you. There's a difference when someone is restraining you, and you restraining yourself. You not allow yourself to do things you know what's wrong; whether anybody sees you or not. Living in self-restraint is part of demonstrating what it means to be a disciple of God; and that's what comes from being disciplined by the Lord. When satan, the adversary, came for Jesus there was nothing in Him that could be leveraged against Him; because Jesus held Himself accountable and to the standard. And, that's important for the Faith.

Hebrews | Chapter 12:12-17 Pt. I (Protecting Our Birthright and Inheritance)

Episode 735 ~ In the previous episode we talked about getting your mind right, changing the your attitude and the way you perceive the things that God has blessed you with or the God, the things that God wants from you that he requires of you. And, if you look at those responsibilities or those obligations or requirements as a burden; you're gonna have a bad attitude about it. You're gonna come away with the wrong perspective; and it's going to blind you and make you short sighted so that you don't see all that is at hand, or all that's available to you. And then you'll throw it away. We must do what the Lord says; hold things in the right perspective and bring peace, by sowing seeds in Righteousness. That only happens through faith, being put into action, to fulfill the Lord's Will. 

Hebrews | Chapter 12:18-29 Pt. I (The Opportunity to Sit Before the Lord)

Episode 737 ~ We each have been given the opportunity to sit before the Lord; to receive the  instruction for every bit of the journey that He's put us on, in His ultimate destiny for our life. The Lord's also provided grace that's special and unique to that, your, journey.

Hebrews | Chapter 12:18-29 Pt. II (Our Reasonable Service of Worship)

Episode 738 ~ God must be treated with reverence for who He is - Lord and Savior. If He is truly Lord of your life, then He has say in every area and aspect of your life. He has supreme authority over you, because you have given it to Him; because of who He is and what He has done. That's what each of those "Heroes of Faith" allowed the Lord to do in and through their life. That is our reasonable service of worship. 

Hebrews | Chapter 12:18-29 Pt. III (Is Your Faith Unshakable?)

Episode 739 ~ God is our God and we are his people. And, in the structure He established; . Heavily Father is our Father, and we are His children. We are sons and daughters of the Lord Most High. And as such, He has say in every area and aspect of our lives. We are here to receive from Him, and to be willing and obedient in carrying out His Will & Covenant; to the extent that it's our desire and delight. That is what the Lord is looking for; that is what being unshakable, and having unshakable faith looks like to the Lord.

Hebrews | Chapter 13:1-6 Pt. I (Living Out Our Godly Kingdom Heritage)

Episode 740 ~ We have a Godly Heritage, that we are required to live out, not before people. They just get the benefit of seeing us live out our Godly Heritage - the culture, customs, and everything as the Lord has set up in establishment of His Kingdom - to be blessed by observing it. You also have been given the opportunity to come in and participate in; be a part of God's Kingdom, and His Heritage.

Hebrews | Chapter 13:7-17 Pt. I (Don't Make it Difficult for Others to Stand Before the Lord)

Episode 741 ~ When we put off all these authorities and we stand before our Creator, we will be brothers and sisters in Christ; and each of us will have to give account to the Lord for what we've done with all He's assigned to our care. For our part; don't make it hard for them to do their job and don't make it a challenge for them to stand before God. Let brotherly love continue. 

Hebrews | Chapter 13:7-17 Pt. II (The Consistency of Jesus Christ should be Found in Us)

Episode 742 ~ We as joint heirs with Christ, and sons and daughters of the Most High God. should demonstrate the same nature, character, attributes, or behavior found in the Godhead. The Lord wants someone whose heart is pure and complete, clean, and loyal to him. So when God sees us, He should be pleased. We are not be carried about by various and strange doctrines. So, even if someone is in a position of authority; If they're not exhibiting the nature, character, and attributes of Christ in their life, then what they are in fact teaching is in vein. If it's an opposition to the Lord, you're going to see that the fruit thereof will be evident in their life; and we should be wary of that.

Hebrews | Chapter 13:18-25 Pt. I (Full Steam Ahead on Jesus!)

Episode 743 ~ As you are becoming a person of unshakable faith, you need to also be rested and vested in the fact that even if it's just you and Jesus Christ, you will choose to remain; standing in Him, and on His Word. Jesus said He'll never leave you or forsake you; so, trust Him. Build up your faith in Him, so it is unshakable; and you will not be moved by anything. Only responding to the Word of the Lord.

Hebrews | Wrap Up

Episode 744 ~ Join us as we conclude this study of Hebrews; sharing some of the things that stood out as the Lord ministered, and providing insight into what the Lord is commanding us to do next.

1 Thessalonians | Introduction & Overview

Episode 745 ~ In the 1st Epistle (Letter) to the Thessalonians, we get to understand what it looks like to stand for the Lord. The Lord was saying to us was: This is where My people combine the lessons learned throughout the previous study's in Acts (Learning what it looks like to Live out Your Faith), Ephesians (Entering into Divine Alignment), and Hebrews (Developing and Unshakable Faith); to now get into the actual Battle, waging spiritual warfare for the Lord as He directs His End-Time Army in Victory. 

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 1:1-10 Pt. I (Being an Example of the Lord for All)

Episode 746 ~ Even in the Apostle Paul's introduction, he was speaking to the Thessalonians about their faith, how much they had grown, what they were accomplishing in the Lord, and how good of an example they were for others to follow. Showing us, today, how we should be pursuing, continuing, and exclusively focused the the Lord; to accomplish His Will. 

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 1:1-10 Pt. II (Making a People Prepared for the Lord)

Episode 747 ~ We're commanded to make ourselves a people prepared for the Lord. That comes with standing for the Lord; demonstrated to all. The Lord through the Apostle Paul tells the Thessalonians theirr faith towards God has gone out so that we do not even need to say anything. It was being demonstrated that they were moving as in faith; being led by Holy Spirit to accomplish all the Lord desired for them to accomplish. Are we willing to actually demonstrate the same thing; actually stand for the Lord and what He says or commands? That's the only way we'll be victorious.

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 1:1-10 Pt. III (Truly Serving the True and Living God)

Episode 748 ~ We constantly have to be moving forward within God's Will, Plan, and Covenant. The Thessalonians couldn't just stay at that one spot, where they were in their walk of Faith, when Paul initially came to them. They had to keep growing. They have to keep going further with God in order for them to receive the fullness of what God had for them; standing in, and for, the Lord Most High. That is the difference between playing church; and truly being the Church [the Body and the Bride of Christ].

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 2:1-12 Pt. I (Our Conduct in Conflict)

Episode 749 ~ Paul's character, when he traveled to the Thessalonians during his second missionary trip, iwas in line with and representing what being conformed to Jesus the Christ looks like.  And that is what was being examined and observed by all; and those that Paul was speaking and ministering to through Holy Spirit leading. When there is much resistance against someone, what comes out of that individual? is it the nature, character and attributes of Jesus? Even against the resistance form the adversary, Paul continues to be that example towards the people, representing the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords; our Lord and Savior Jesus. Now that was also an example that they could now follow - to the point that the Apostle Paul stated concerning their conduct there was nothing even to say about you. Let's understand, they [the Thessalonians] we're not trying to be Paul; they were being conforming image of Jesus the Christ.

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 2:1-12 Pt. II (The Prompting of Holy Spirit)

Episode 750 ~ Holy Spirit shows us things to come, is exhortating, and comforting us; which can come in the form of admonition and a prompting when necessary. Getting us to a place where we operate in new levels of demonstrated spiritual maturity; where we are now teaching others and helping them grow and cultivate their life. Prompting them through Holy Spirit, to function in what they require for their life; and the destiny track the Lord has for them.

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 2:13-20 Pt. I (Remembering The Lord; Even In The Little Things)

Episode 751 ~ It's really important that we remember to look back on what the Lord has done. Remembering the Lord, even in the little things, is encouraging to us; and it can help bring a fresh wind of inspiration, a little bit of some encouragement, fire and also stabilize our focus and our direction when we hear about what the Lord did.

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 2:13-20 Pt. II (Demonstrating Our Growth in the Lord)

Episode 752 ~ Exercising our faith, exercising the growth or the understanding, and what's been poured into us, helps us get stronger. James talks about how the exercising of your faith produces patience; even in the midst of the heat of the battle.

1 Thessalonians | Chapter 3:1-5 Pt. I (Communicating the Why; So Others May Fully Know)

Episode 753 ~ It is incredible the desire the Apostle Paul demonstrated as he stayed in connection with the Thessalonians;  keeping his heart in tune and listening to God on their behalf. The heartfelt concern that he had for them and the care that he had for them as a parent. Sometimes as parents, we don't always share the why we do certain things with them; or the full articulation of our affections for them or love. This is necessary for them to fully know, and to instruct their children.
