Value the Lord's Time and Investment in You

Amos | Chapter 1:6-8 Pt. II ~ Episode 1001:
We should place value in the Lord and His Word; the same way that the Lord values us, puts us somewhere precious, puts us somewhere protected, where wewould be preserved and still useful. We should do the same thing toward the Lord and His Word; because His word is actually what makes this clean. Let us align ourselves with the Lord; and keep ourselves holy before Him.

Building Holiness

Amos | Chapter 1:6-8 Pt. III ~ Episode 1002:
Holiness must be built, it doesn't happen overnight. We, each individual person for themself, must choose to consistently and diligently keep ourselves holy before the Lord. 

Suitable for its God Given Purpose

Amos | Chapter 1:6-8 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1003:
You were created for a God given purpose. Be able to distribute to others what the Lord has put inside you; for His glory.  Being able to fulfill what the Lord's given you to do on the earth doesn't happen by accident; it is through determined, resolute, obedience to the Lord. it builds upon keeping ourself holy before the Lord. 

Changing the Course of Your Nation

Amos | Chapter 1:6-8 Pt. V ~ Episode 1004:
The the consistency in the standard of the Lord does not change; just like the Lord Himself. His righteous standard applies to all nations, tribes, and tongues. Earth is the choosing ground; where we get to make the coice of whom we will serve, because of where our faith has been placed. Our actions demonstrating in whom our faith / trust has been placed. These nations, tribes, and tongues addressed by the Lord through Amos were all supposed to be working together in obedience to the Lord. Loving their neighbor as Christ loved us; because they all were always meant to be walking in Covenant Relationship with the Lord Most High. 

Realize the Lord's Love for You

Amos | Chapter 1:9-10 Pt. I ~ Episode 1005:
Even with Esau, who was told that when he grew tired of watching Israel be blessed, he would then break that yoke. Understand the bondage He placed himself in, by not knowing or understanding how the Lord loved and cared for him. Because Esau did not understand it led to anger against the Lord, resentment and then hatred towards brother; and then took the form, as we were just covering the previous episode, of partnering with those who were against his brother to bring about the end or destruction of his brother Israel's future generations.

Remember the Covenant of Brotherhood

Amos | Chapter 1:9-10 Pt. II ~ Episode 1006:
We can never fool the Lord. Just because a person chooses to live their life in a way of opposition against the Lord doesn't mean that they didn't know what they were doing. This principle is observed throughout the Word, demonstrated by the Lord holding every nation, tribe, and tongue accountable. When the Lord states they had forgotten the covenant of brotherhood, it's The Lord was more so describing to them of the Covenant that he had made with them; of which we too, are able to enter into today. 

Don't be Destroyed with Sin

Amos | Chapter 1:9-10 Pt. III ~ Episode 1007:
Jesus came, during His Earthly ministry, to destroy the works of the devil. Throughout the Word of God, there were people that chose to continue in sin. And, when the Lord dealt with the sin of that nation, tribe, and tongue; unfortunately the people in sin were destroyed along with it. Let us demonstrate a wiser, righteous, choice; to do away with the sin that besets us by submitting our entire being to Jesus the Christ. 

Markers of the Covenant

Amos | Chapter 1:11-12 Pt. I ~ Episode 1008:
You cannot have all the blessings and the benefits of Covenant Relationship with the Lord if you are choosing to be outside, or to sever, the Covenant. While there are many nations, tribes, and tongues being addressed by the Lord in this section of Scripture, they were all offered the Covenant. How do we know? Because The Lord's saying here, that they broke the covenant that they were taught. Covenant Relationship with the Lord God Almighty is what contains the protection, the blessing, and is also the requirement of entry to sonship to engage in that Covenant. So, you must listen to the correction of the Lord, the direction, and then you will get His protection.

Don't Harbor Unforgiveness

Amos | Chapter 1:11-12 Pt. II ~ Episode 1009:
Ever since Esau and Jacob parted ways, there wasn't really anything for them to hate each other over. There's just there, existing in proximity to each other. And yet, we still see this same unforgiveness here; between the people of Edom (Esau's decendants) and Israel (Jacob's descendants). As Christians, Believers of the Lord Jesus, we have to be careful of that in our life.  

Ask the Lord to Tell You the Truth about You

Amos | Chapter 1:11-12 Pt. III ~ Episode 1010:
Allow the Lord to minister to you; to tell you the truth so that you can move forward and fulfill what He's purposed for you to do. As you move forward in your life, make sure that you're walking in a way that you're always looking for God to tell you the truth about you; and then likewise, He'll give you truth about the entire situation. 

Ask the Lord to Tell You the Truth about You Pt. II

Amos | Chapter 1:11-12 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1011:
Let's allow the Lord to tell us the truth first and foremost concerning ourselves; and also, any and every situation, circumstance. And especially Himself; His plan, His covenant, the purpose He gave us, the destiny track He has for your life so you can fulfill it for His glory. 

The Lord's Great Mercy

Amos | Chapter 1:13-15 Pt. I ~ Episode 1012:
While things may at first appear as though the issues between these different nations, tribes, and tongues are because of multiple generational fighting over being wronged by their brethren; understand that each people's true qualm was with the Lord God. If they had taken a moment to understand how much the Lord loves them, and blessed (continues blessing them) they wouldn't have been concerned with what one of the others had; they would thank God for His great mercy and compassion towards them. Have a right attitude and a mind towards God, then you'll be able to see clearly everything else; and that same mercy and compassion you received from the Lord, you'll be able to display upon others.

You are Without Excuse

Amos | Chapter 1:13-15 Pt. II ~ Episode 1013:
The Word of God is first for yourself. It [The Word of God] is a mirror for us to look at ourselves. At any point without the Lord, any person can be (live, act, or behave) just like the people of Ammon, or Moab, or Israel while they're getting disciplined. You must choose to be in Covenant relationship with the Lord God Almighty; letting Him work through you to clear out the thoughts and ideas of the world from your life, so you can become conformed to the image of Jesus the Christ. 

What You Yield Yourself to, Enslaves You

Amos | Chapter 1:13-15 Pt. III ~ Episode 1014:
To whom you yield your members, you are a slave of. what of? That's a spiritual law that has always been there. The moment man and woman sinned against God and yielded their members to the devil, they became a slave. Whether they saw the cuffs of the chains or the feathers on their arms and their legs or not; they became a slave, whether they realized it or thought so, or not. So, make the decision to yield your members to the Lord by sowing in the Spirit; and, reap eternal life. 

The Lord Loves Us back to Himself

Amos | Chapter 2:1-3 Pt. I ~ Episode 1015:
Talking about God's great mercy; He gets in between us and that instant penalty of sin being produced. Because the Lord loves us, He gets in between that and us; and, He pushes it out and gives us His grace, by the blood of Jesus, that will obliterate every sin.  The Lord's love is always going to present the Blood of Jesus to you. If you partake of this, and you submerse yourself in it, and you receive Jesus as your Lord; His blood will eradicate, obliterate, totally remove and blot out every sin, every consequence that's been piling up. All because the Lord loves you; and, desires to adopt you as His son or daughter. 

God is Just to All

Amos | Chapter 2:1-3 Pt. II ~ Episode 1016:
The Lord He's righteous, and He's just to all. He's no respecter of persons. So, the question we must ask ourself is: What are you (am I) doing with the mercy that He's shown you (me)? Just like grace, God's giving you empowerment for your life. What are you doing with that? Are you just digging yourself out of the same holes over and over; just to go back to square one? Or, are you actually progressing forward in all the things He's laid before you? 

Receive God's Grace and Mercy

Amos | Chapter 2:1-3 Pt. III ~ Episode 1017:
The Lord knows what you will choose to do before you even have the opportunity to make the choice of being in alignment with His will; or to be in opposition to it. Even for those decision in opposition to His will, He still didn't withhold the opportunity from you. Demonstrating that He's merciful to all; What are you going to do with His Grace and Mercy? When he offers mercy, you should go to it immediately. Do not delay or reason in your heart, or attempt to calculate the effects or consequences of resisting the Lord. Just receive His mercy; humble yourself instantly, and obey what the Lord is directing, guiding, and providing for you. 

Chain Yourself to the Blessing

Amos | Chapter 2:1-3 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1018:
The Lord desires mercy; but, the package that it comes in it with is justice. The Lord desires His justice; and, He does not want it [His justice] to be perverted or tainted. He hopes that we will come to the place where we say, "Sin is not for me. I need to cling to Jesus. Lord, I lay down my life before you. Here I am Lord. Help me, change me, mold me, shape me. Here I am. I'm yours, God." So that we enter into Covenant relationship with Him; getting to the place of seekign Him first and then we are just accessing blessing after blessing, after blessing, after blessing. And, the adversary cannot steal, kill, and destroy in any area of your life. That's what the Lord wants for us.

Becoming the Family of God

Amos | Chapter 2:1-3 Pt. V ~ Episode 1019:
Throughout all of the nations, tribes, peoples and tongues addressed by the Lord through Amos, we must understand that the Lord can hold them accountable; because, they know the Lord. They know His Word; even though they are choosing to act and be in opposition to the Lord. While the Lord, because of His immense love, desires to gather them all up as His sheep; to include them in the Family of the Lord. 

Becoming the Family of God Pt. II

Amos | Chapter 2:4-5 Pt. I ~ Episode 1020:
Throughout the whole book of Amos, the Lord is showing us is: All the actions were just a reflection of their displacement of the Lord; and, what He had said. Because they Hated the Lord, they despised what He said. If you love the Lord, you will apply His Word to every area and aspect of your life; demonstrating your place in the Lord's Family, as His son or daughter, by your obedience. 

Great Grace and Accountability

Amos | Chapter 2:4-5 Pt. II ~ Episode 1021:
Anytime we have an opportunity to repent is grace and mercy from God. Unfortunately, many times people learn more from correction, or at a time where now things are so out of alignment that they must be corrected and brought back into alignment, then just receiving the instruction. 

Tell the Truth, Shame the Devil

Amos | Chapter 2:4-5 Pt. III ~ Episode 1022:
Throughout the entirety of the Word, the Lord is clear about the effects of sin; especially, of living a life of practicing sin (e.g. iniquity). The one who has a lifestyle of practicing sin, and does the sin intentionally, can't say that they love God; because, the love of God is not in them. It doesn't matter what anyone else does; even as we the Lord is addressing the issues with all the nations, He makes it clear that what someone else dis had no bearing on what they [each individual person of the nation being addressed] chose to believe. That was their own decision. The Lord just gave them an opportunity to express or demonstrate, their belief. Let's examine ourselves with / before the Lord; and, let Him reveal the truth to us.

Living as a True Child of God

Amos | Chapter 2:6-16 Pt. I ~ Episode 1023:
Throughout the study of Amos, thus far, the Lord has addressed similar issues with all of these nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues. Meaning or demonstrating how much we need to become part of the family of God; and truly live in the manner as a child of the Covenant or Blessing. Where God is your Father, the Lord God Almighty is your Father, and you are his son or daughter. His child. He is giving the same opportunity to each and every person here, every nation, tribe, people, and tongue.

The Earth is the Lords and the Fullness Thereof

Amos | Chapter 2:6-16 Pt. II ~ Episode 1024:
The Lord is so gracious and patient; that He takes the time to address the same issues with every nation, tribe, people, and tongue; for every generation. Throughout the Word of God, He makes it plain that there are people that do not want to see the Lord rule. Those that truly love the Lord understand, He's the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And, they rejoice in the fact that the Earth is the Lord's; and the fullness thereof. 

A Tree is Known by its Fruit

Amos | Chapter 2:6-16 Pt. III ~ Episode 1025:
What the Lord's saying to Israel is an exhortation for them to come back to what the Lord had intended and purposed for them to do, and be, from the beginning. While also reminding them that the fruit they experience is the result of their actions or choices. This Spiritual Law, or Principle, still applies to us today. What is the condition of the fruit you are bearing in your life?

God is Always Faithful to His Covenant

Amos | Chapter 2:6-16 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1026:
The Lord has an obligation to keep His Covenant; because, He is a covenant keeper regardless of all the covenant Breakers that are around Him. And, He gave His word to Abraham, so He's going to take care of Israel. The Lord's never gonna abandon His covenant; now, whether or not you as an individual get to continue to be a part of it is another matter. He's not going to stop being who He is. He's not going to deny Himself; that's why He always speaks about the remnant. Because, there's somebody, He can show his faithfulness too, and continue that generational propagation of the fulfillment of His Covenant. 

Trust in the Lord

Amos | Chapter 2:6-16 Pt. V ~ Episode 1027:
Faith requires trust. If we truly love the Lord then we will trust Him in everything; at His Word. Even when Jesus instructed those concerning the End-Times, to come down from thier rooftops and not enter into their house. The core of that was really just about trusting the Lord to supply all your needs; just like the Lord says through the Apostle Paul, that my God will supply all your needs according to His riches, in and through Christ Jesus. Will you trust the Lord on that level?

Walking in Agreement with God

Amos | Chapter 3:1-8 Pt. I ~ Episode 1028:
Just like in Amos' day, we must take notice the Lord is speaking to you personally; and His whole family as one. Saying what it comes down to is a call for them to actually hear what He's saying; and has been saying this whole time. The Lord is letting them know why these things are coming about? Right. Not just what they've done. He's giving them understanding as to why things are about to happen. Letting them know they (you) have chosen to walk together, in agreement on, committing sin and iniquity. Also saying I [The Lord] cannot walk with you and you cannot walk with me, because we have no agreement here. He's the standard of righteousness and they've departed. So chose this day to walk in agreement, fellowship, and in Covenant Relationship with the Lord God Almighty. 

Covenant Keeper

Amos | Chapter 3:1-8 Pt. II ~ Episode 1029:
In this section of Scripture, the Lord is no longer just talking to the one the 10 tribes of the Kingdom of Israel; He's referring to Israel as a whole. He's reuniting them and saying these are all the people that are brought up the land of Egypt; and, instructs them is what's needed to understand. The Lord sometimes in order for us to hear, has to start off talking about something that's unrelated to us; to get the door we built between our hearts and His voice, open. 

Set Apart in Covenant Relationship

Amos | Chapter 3:1-8 Pt. III ~ Episode 1030:
The way the Lord intended for our Covenant Relationship to be applied, is that we are the Bride of Christ. We are set apart specifically for Him, solely for the Lord; and, we're not taking other husbands while He's away, not committing adultery, not defiling ourselves with inappropriate relationships. We are set apart (sanctified) specifically for the Lord.

The Lord Sends Forth His Word

Amos | Chapter 3:1-8 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1031:
The Lord has been declaring throughout the entirety of the Word, and giving to those that would choose to enter into covenant relationship with the Lord, the opportunity to remove the mixture that is in in their life; right now. To separate the holy from the profane; and, not allow those things that are profane right to corrupt you, who is the Temple of the Lord.

The Purpose of a Prophet

Amos | Chapter 3:1-8 Pt. V ~ Episode 1032:
Because of the Lord's great mercy, God said I can take one situation, and I can affect millions of people uniquely and differently out of this one Word He's spoken through His servant. And, get a different outcome for each individual; based on what they need, and what's happening. So, people have the opportunity to apply the Word of God to their life; that He may be glorified. 

What's Your Treasure?

Amos | Chapter 3:9-10 Pt. I ~ Episode 1033:
Many people are trying to store up houses, and cars, and positions of leadership; and it's not worth it, because you're not taking any of it with you. The Lord is providing instuction, so we can understand; where your treasure is, your heart is also. 

Ordering Your Steps by the Lord

Amos | Chapter 3:9-10 Pt. II ~ Episode 1034:
The Lord's Word is Truth; which you must receive from the Him; just as every good and perfect thing is given by the Lord. Then we must choose to walk in what He's freely given us; which one will do, only if they love the Lord and value Him. It doesn't matter if you gain all the riches, all the money, all the whatever in the world, all the honor from men in the world; but, you choose to be in opposition to the Lord and lose your own soul. Which means you gain nothing of any value; you will have only gained hell, and destruction, and the lake of fire. So choose to let the Lord order your steps today; and everyday after.

Thoughts and Intentions of Our Actions

Amos | Chapter 3:9-10 Pt. III ~ Episode 1035:
As a parent, it is vital that you walk in Covenant Relationship with the Lord; receiving Truth. Not only for your life; but you are to teach it to your children. So, the next generation and the generations after that, don't have to endure or come to this same place; and experience these same horrific negative things in their lives. Not just about walking in Covenant Relationship with the Lord; but, actually knowing Him, knowing His voice, knowing His ways, and His thoughts. Not biding time, to go and try to snatch something for yourself; Of make your own path. Here on earth, which is the Choosing Ground; that's the choice for each and everyone to make for themselves.

Our Responsibility Before the Lord

Amos | Chapter 3:11-15 Pt. I ~ Episode 1036:
As sheep that are part of the Lord's flock, we have an accountability and responsibility to stay in the fold. Don't go looking for that greener grass. A heart that is bent on being rebellious blinds the person; and, is a trap for you.

The Great Physician Knows Best

Amos | Chapter 3:11-15 Pt. II ~ Episode 1037:
The Lord is not is trying to heal and restore those that require healing, through guesswork, like human physicians. He's not practicing. He's the Master or Great Physician. The problem is, the patient does not want to be made well. The patient will not let the Great Physician have His way; and, the patient keeps trying to leave against medical advice. So, the love of our Father says He's looking at our eternal outcome; and He is simultaneously coupling that with our natural outcome. Because, if you were allowed to have the outcome that you have garnered for yourself; you'd have been wiped off the face of the Earth. So, the Lord is seeing the big picture, and working all of those things together to make sure we get to the ultimate destination; reentry into the Heavenly Community. 

Do Not Rob God

Amos | Chapter 3:11-15 Pt. III ~ Episode 1038:
As a parent, there are things that you've observed your children experience, that you had no desire that they ever experienced that in thier lifetime; let alone the consequences of engaging in that attitude, action, or behavior. Even more so, our Heavenly Father towards us. He doesn't want us to see us hurt or harmed; which is why we see / read the Lord repeating Himself over, and over, and over again. When we choose to do the things that are in opposition to His nature, character, and attributes - outside of Covenant Relationship with Him - then we are choosing to rob the Lord. 

Do Good to Your Neighbor

Amos | Chapter 4:1-3 Pt. I ~ Episode 1039:
When the Lord addresses things with us, He gets right to the heart of what was caused us to sin against Him; so we then have an opportunity to repent and be brought back into Divine Alignment. In this section of Scripture, for some, it was because of their belief in their gods and their practices; and for others,  how they were treating their kin and treating their neighbors; and for others, it was based off their mindset towards the Lord. So let's examine ourself before / with the Lord; allowing Him the opportunity to point out those areas and aspects of our life that don't honor or glorify Him - to bring them into Divine Alignment. 

The Truth and Purity of God's Justice

Amos | Chapter 4:1-3 Pt. II ~ Episode 1040:
Jesus stated plainly during His earthly ministry, He didn't come to judge. But, if I do, My judgment is true; or, it's pure. Why? His judgement didn't come from Himself; from what His eyes saw or what his ears heard -  It came from his Heavenly Father. So there's something for us to understand; which is that there's no excuse which can be given. There's a choice to make; are you going to follow the Lord, or not? 

Pursue Righteousness

Amos | Chapter 4:4-5 Pt. I ~ Episode 1041:
The Lord instructs Israel  by pointing out, they were going through the religious motions; or religious traditions. They were "following" or "performing" or "keeping" the rights, the rituals; however, they were not doing it with a clean heart to ward the Lord. That's something we have to recognize and and understand in the day, the time; And, through Scripture and in our own lives today. Is what we're doing actually for the Lord? Or are we giving them [people] a good appearance? The Lord knows the thoughts and intentions of every heart. This is an issue the Lord has addressed throughout the entirety of Scripture; and, it's still being addressed by the Lord today.

Pursue Righteousness Pt. II

Amos | Chapter 4:4-5 Pt. II ~ Episode 1042:
We should always and we have the Lord's perspective on every situation and circumstance. So we can, not only, understand how the world would try to provoke others to act or to view certain things; but, we'd also know what to day and do to thwart, or defeat, the schemes of the adversary. Our righteousness is but filthy rags. But the Lord's righteousness, who we are in Christ Jesus, always has the Fruit of the Spirit flowing in abundance from it. This only comes from choosing to remain in Covenant Relationship with the Lord. 

Pursue Righteousness Pt. III

Amos | Chapter 4:4-5 Pt. III ~ Episode 1043:
God is always intervening, slicing through and showing us the Light. So now you, and your generation, you have the opportunity to make your choice and dispossess the adversary; and disconnect yourself from what the adversary is doing. Sin is going to be dealt with. And, when the Lord puts the adversary away, unfortunately all the people who have aligned themselves with the adversary are going to be put away with him also. Just as we're covering in this section of Scripture, for the people of that day and for us on the Earth today, everybody is being given that opportunity to choose to serve the Lord God Almighty; or the adversary. 

Attend to the Lord's Voice

Amos | Chapter 4:6-13 Pt. I ~ Episode 1044:
When the Lord provides discipline, it is always designed for those who He's correcting to have the opportunity turn back to the Lord; to understand the error of their ways, their thoughts, to hear His voice, and ultimately humble themselves and repent, turn to the right and or turn from their evil or wicked way before we permit or loose something upon the Earth that intends to destroy us. We must  be those that choose to attend to, or steward over, the Lord's Word; by applying His Word to every area and aspect of our life. Living as the son or daughter of the Lord Most High; and, and joint heir with Christ Jesus.   

Harken unto the Lord's Voice

Amos | Chapter 4:6-13 Pt. II ~ Episode 1045:
Let's continue ot build on the previous episode, about making sure you're listening to God's voice; stewarding His Word. As the Lord is no respecter of persons, we then should choose to get to the place in our walk before the Lord God like the prophets of old: Who honed in on their ability to hear the word of the Lord and to do it quickly because their practice and their business was to attend to the word of God. It was to be diligent concerning His Word, so that they knew when the Lord spoke; they knew His voice, they knew how to approach Him to reference His Holiness, and to access the throne of God. To receive the instructions needed for the situation or circumstance; and they, instead of going to the parties, instead of going and hanging out around the fire pits or whatever else everybody else was doing, they were tending to the Word of God. Their business was seeking the Lord, hearing from Him and getting proper understanding; and being able to act upon that Word. 

Understanding the Lord, and His Desires towards Us

Amos | Chapter 4:6-13 Pt. III ~ Episode 1046:
The Lord wants us to reach the fullness of the development and the stature that He created us to reach. While the Destiny Track doesn't appear as everybody has the same journey to get there, the destination is the same; to be matured and conformed to the image of Jesus the Christ.

Prepare to Meet the Lord

Amos | Chapter 4:6-13 Pt. IV ~ Episode 1047:
The Lord is so loving and gracious that He provides everyone the opportunity to get to the place of humbling themselves and repenting to the Lord; so that they are not swept away at the judgment. That they don't spend an eternity in hell, even though what they did on the Earth was wrong. The Lord is a forgiving God - He forgives and He does not remember their sin anymore. So even in this section of Scripture, He's telling them prepare to meet your God. He's telling them prepare yourself; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. Come into alignment with the Lord. You can't undo the things that you have already done; or, released into the Earth. But, you have presented before you the opportunity to get it together, to come back into alignment with the Lord; so it does not negatively impact your eternity. Causing you, by your choice, spend eternity in hell; as opposed to, with the Lord and Heaven, and in paradise.

Don't Grieve the Lord

Amos | Chapter 5:1-3 Pt. I ~ Episode 1048:
When the Lord speaks, there is much meaning correcting and understanding we can glean from His Word. As the Lord has explained to His people all the ways in which He demonstrated His Love towards them, presenting the opportunities to help them understand all the ways they were in opposition toward the Lord; He's also instructing them on all the ways in which they have hurt or grieved Him. Whether they thought they were greiving the Lord intentionally, or not. 

Remain in the Lord's Flock

Amos | Chapter 5:1-3 Pt. II ~ Episode 1049:
Just because a sheep departs the flock, does not mean that it was the shepherd's fault; that one sheep deviated from the location(s) the good shepherd was bringing the sheep to, in order to feed, protect, and bless it with a multitude of gifts contained within the shepherd. As the Lord is the Good Shepherd, we must choose to remain within His flock; where all the blessing, protection, and every good and perfect thing for your life exist. 

Give God the Credit He's Due

Amos | Chapter 5:4-9 Pt. I ~ Episode 1050:
There's nothing we can actually take credit for; because, it was all the Lord's idea, first.
